Since spring is always a hectic time of year, we sell a selection of planters that will add color all around your yard, and you won't even have to get your hands dirty. In early May we start selling these planters as well as hanging baskets. The plants are all grown here in Michigan and are the Proven Winner brand. We also have patio tomatoes, so you can have fresh tomatoes right from you home even if you don't have room for a garden. So stop in and get your planters and hanging baskets to enjoy all season long.

At Nye’s Apple Barn we carry a large selection of jams, jellies, and preserves. Some of the types are Blackberry, Black Raspberry, Cherry, Red Raspberry, Blueberry, Apricot, Strawberry, Strawberry-Rhubarb, Peach, Dutch Apple and many more. We also carry many of these as sugar free.

We also carry several different types of fruit butters like Apple, Sugar Free Apple Butter, Peach Butter, Pumpkin Butter, and Cherry Butter.

Our honey is made in nearby Sodus. We sell the honey in several different sizes like 5 pound, 2 pound, 1 pound and squeezable honey bears. We also have Pure Natural Honey which helps with allergies.

The maple syrup that we have is tapped in Niles, Michigan, about a half hour away from the Apple Barn. We sell the maple syrup in several different bottle types and sizes including 100 ml, 8.45 Fl Oz, 8 FL Oz, 16.9 Fl Oz, as well as half gallons with a special order.

We sell a variety of very popular salsas including Mrs. Renfros Peach, Raspberry Chipotle, Mango Habenero, Medium and Hot Salsas. You can also find Green Mountain Mild, Medium, and Hot Salsas. We also have McCutchen’s Screamin’ Hornets Hot Hot Hot Salsa. This year we started selling a cherry salsa that is made in Traverse City, Michigan from cherries grown in Michigan. For those who love to make their meals a little spicier we have four different types of hot sauces for you to try. They include: Three Pepper Lemon, Garlic and Herb, Jalepeno, and Screamin’ Hornets Hot Hot Hot Sauce.

We have a large variety of salad dressings that include: Balsamic Vinaigrette, Vidalia Onion Tomatoe Basil Dressing, Vidalia Honey Mustard, Vidalia Onion Creamy Country Vinaigrette, Rich Santa Fe Blend, Lively Lemon Tarragon Dressing, Asiago Caesar Dressing, Chipotle Cheddar Dressing, The New American Dressing, Zesty French Dressing, Rich Poppy Seed Dressing, Real French Vinaigrette Dressing, Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil Vinaigrette, Vidalia Onion Vinaigrette Dressing and the newest most popular dressing, Vidalia Onion Raspberry Vinaigrette.

We carry Kari Lee’s Country Mixes - Pie Crust, Apple Cake, Apple Crisp, Fruit Cobbler, Dutch Apple, Caramel Apple Bars. In the Calhoun Ben Mill Honey Butter Cornbread, Cherry Oatmeal Crunch Mix, Peach Cobbler, and Apple Cinnamon Crisp Mixes. Strawberry and Black Rapsberry Gourmet Cheesecake Mixes

Nye’s Apple Barn also sells Blueberry Bliss, Garden Medley, Raspberry Royal, Apple Cinnamon, Refreshing Ranch, Cucumber Onion, and Smokey Bacon. These mixes can be used for Bagel Blends, Cheeseballs, Salad Dressings, Marinades, or to blend into pancake or waffle mix.

We also have tomato Basil Dip Mix, Spinach Dip & Cheeseball Mix.

A new item to the Apple Barn is candles made in close by Elkhart Indiana. There are eight different scents that include: Apple and Spice, Honeydew, Cucumber Melon, Rose Petals, Blackberry Pie, Sun Ripened Raspberry, Gardenia, and Honeysuckle.

We have a large variety of cookbooks that have recipes for strawberries, peaches, pumpkins, squash, berries, sorghum and several others.

These are absolute must have items to make life easier with some of the fruits and vegetables that we sell. Apple Corer, Corn Brushes, Vegetable Knives, Fruit Shape Cookie Cutters, Pie Top Cutters, and Corn Cutters. On some weekends we also have homemade pies.
